Health Benefits of Eating Intuitively... My Client Zandra's Story

This week on the podcast, my former client, Zandra, joins me to share her personal experiences of how she found intuitive eating, what it was like to work with me, and where she is now a year after working together.

Zandra discovered intuitive eating after trying macro counting, but finding it unsustainable. She was skeptical about intuitive eating, but was also curious and willing to give it a try.

To her surprise, she found that intuitive eating not only was liberating, but also improved her health and helped her grow in other areas of life.
