I know what it’s like to struggle with food & dieting. I started dieting in my teens to try and control my eating and my body. And I ended up with an eating disorder for 8 years (even though, I didn’t know that at the time). On the outside, I was doing it all “right”. I’d eat all the “right” things, exercise like I was supposed to. Until I wouldn’t. And I found myself overeating all weekend and feeling so much guilt and shame. It was a vicious cycle. I was so tired of feeling like food controlled me. But I didn’t know another way.

Until I found intuitive eating. And I began to challenge everything I’d known with dieting. I began to work on healing my mindset and relationship with food and re-learning how to listen to and trust my body. And eating suddenly became easy, balanced, and most of all… peaceful.

And now, I’ve helped hundreds of women with the same process and tools that helped me get to a place of peace & freedom with food and become their healthiest self not just physically, but also mentally. Free from dieting.

When is your coaching availability? I see clients on Monday and Friday mornings (Summer hours starting in May will be Tuesday and Thursday afternoons).

What is your process? Coaching is individual to each client. Our first session will be focused on mapping out your unique goals & starting to create a plan for reaching those goals in our 3 months together. And following sessions will be working towards those goals together. Though each client’s journey is unique, we typically spend our time together working on 4 areas: your mindset & relationship with food, learning how to eat intuitively, body image, & creating consistency with healthy habits.

What is coaching? Coaching is, as many of my clients share with me, similar to talk therapy. We use mindset & behavior changing tools to help you grow in your awareness of your actions (why you’re doing what you’re doing) so you can make intentional changes in your actions. Coaching is proven to improve self-awareness, motivation, consistency with habits, and confidence. Each week you’ll also walk away with practical action steps to take and practice to help solidify what we’ve been working on in sessions.

How long until I see results? We’ll work together for 3 months, having weekly coaching calls, and this is typically the timeframe that my clients need to get the transformation & results they were looking for when they invested. But, you’ll start to see a change in yourself and your eating & confidence in just 1 MONTH!
