Often I hear this misconception with intuitive eating that we have to totally get rid of all forms and ways of tracking your progress. But this is just another way we tend to be “all or nothing” with health and intuitive eating. 

 

Because the truth is, it is important to track your progress because this is a huge part of what helps motivate us. If you're not seeing progress, of course you're not going to want to keep doing what you're doing.
